If your trophies are damaged or not what you expected, please let us know as soon as possible, we will build new trophies and ship them to you or arrange a full refund. All exchanges must take place within 30 days of receipt of trophies. We keep you informed of your order status every step of the way by sending you a confirmation e-mail when we receive your order, and when it ships. We also provide you a UPS tracking number.
